Self Service Password Reset


Use the following link to reset your password.


Please be mindful of approving a text or phone call from Microsoft confirming your identity. If you are not currently in the middle of logging in or changing your password and receive a text or phone call from Microsoft do not answer or respond and contact the Helpdesk immediately at helpdesk@srcx.com so that we can investigate who is trying to gain access to your account.

Password Requirements

There are three components to creating a secure password: length, complexity and strength. Our information security policy addresses length and complexity. The policy states passwords must be at least 15 characters in length with 3 of the following 4 types of characters: 
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
